1 – What are the different modes of making a payment?
We offer multiple payment modes. The list includes:
- Credit/Debit card
- Multiple Wallets
2 – How do I make an online payment?
- Here’s how you can make online payment:
- Add a product to your cart
- Go to the Cart section and then to checkout
- Here, Fill your personal and shipping details
- Select Paytm, Phonepay, UPI, NETBANKING, etc as a online payment
- And click ‘PAY NOW’
- Select an online payment option and pay! (COD do not come in Online payment)
3 – How do I make a payment using COD?
Here’s how you can make a payment using COD:
- Add a product to your cart.
- Go to the Cart section and then to Checkout page.
- Here, Fill your personal and shipping details .
- Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode
- And click on ‘PAY NOW’
- Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call/write an EMAIL within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. You can find our contact details in the app/WEB at footer section.
4 – What are the charges of opting for COD?
We offer COD facility for FREE of cost. Note that this offer is available for a limited period only and can be changed in future.
5 – Is there a limit while placing a COD order?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for only those orders where Order Value is less than रु 9,999
6 – I am unable to place an order using COD. What do I do?
Currently Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for certain products and on certain pin numbers. We are in the process of tying up with more logistics’ providers to reduce the no. of such non-serviceable pincodes.
2) Orders and Order Delivery
1 – Do you ship outside India?
No, Sorry but currently we do not ship outside India. We have made India as our first Priority.
2 – What is the duration of the shipment?
The shipment duration varies depending on the product you have ordered for. If you have ordered for a domestic product, it will be shipped within 2-3 working days and will be delivered within 4-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In the case of international product, it may take up to 10-15 working days to ship the product and will be delivered within next 4-5 working days. Also it depends on the Location and Conditions.
3 – How do I track the shipment of an order?
Please follow the following steps:
- Go to ‘Track Order’ section in Menu
- Enter your Order ID (You can find it in Confirmation email after placing order Eg. #XXXXX ) & Email address (Used while placing order)
- Click on ‘Track’
- You will see your Order status and Shipping tracking information.
- Note : Shipping Tracking information will only be shown after the order is marked as Shipped. Changes in Order status will be shared with customers by Email.
Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. 4 – What happens if a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery?
In this case, when an end customer doesn’t accept the order, the order gets cancelled and returned back to the supplier. However, please note that if the payment had been for the order earlier, Only 60% of total paid amount will be refunded to customer and 40% will be charged for Penalty, If the payment was not made then such user will be suspended for 7 Days from MyAdorn Platform.
5 – Can I specify or change the delivery date?
No, you cannot change the shipment time or get it delivered on a certain date. The dispatch time for each product is mentioned Product description. Note : Delivery date can change in some cases as mention in 2 (2 – What is duration of Shipment).
6 – Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.
7 – Will I be charged if I cancel an order?
No, you will not be charged if you cancel an order.
8 – How do I cancel an Order?
Currently we are working on this system. Once cancellation feature is introduced you will be able to cancel your order.
