Policy 1 : We Collect & Store.
1] What we collect and store during Checkout.
1] While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
2] When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site/App. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
3] We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
1 ) – “Cookies” :
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
2) – “Log files”:
track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
3) – “Web beacons” :
“tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Policy 2 : Personal Information.
‘MyAdorn’ consist of many third party plugins which make MyAdorn works. The information we collect is also collected by this third party plugins and is processed to make them work properly.
Note: We do not share user’s personal information/data to any company for generating revenue but, we may share user’s order information (Name, Surname, billing address & shipping address/street address, email Id, order not if any, other order detail’s) with the respective product supplier or a Vendor to supply or to carry out user’s order without any issues.
Personal information collected by us:
Name, Surname/Nickname, Email ID, street address, [ In ‘ChatWide’ We track/collect/store User’s Friendship/s or connected with, how user communicate with them, Group’s joined/created, User’s activity, user’s comment on any post, reviews, rating’s, interest in products shown by user, account Settings, point’s log, achievement/rank earned, Notification’s, and message and communication/s with others, content you shared, location, etc. (only to keep record, ‘MyAdorn’ do not edit/or make changes in any of this information until told do so by respective user only), Other data like avg. time spend on Platform (here ‘MyAdorn’).
Policy 3: ChatWide.
1] On ‘ChatWide V2.0’ information collected by us:
‘ChatWide V2.0’ is the real time Messaging feature provided and run’s on ‘iFlyChat‘. We collect users Device IP address, user status (online, idle, busy, offline), message/content shared, (we track/collect/store messages/content shared because to block uses of inappropriate word’s/images and to safeguard our community from spammer or inappropriate user), time zone, etc.
2] Why we track friendships in ‘ChatWide’?
Any user cannot directly message to another user through ‘ChatWide V2.0’ which is real time messaging feature. Because, If both the users are friends/or accepted the friendship request then and then only they are able to see each other ‘online’ or can message each other. (This is because to safeguard our community from spammer or inappropriate user)
Policy 4: Uses of Information.
1] How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
– Communicate with you;
– Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
2] How do we use your Device information?
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site/APP (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site/App and to make necessary changes in ‘MyAdorn’.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
3] Where we send your data?
1)We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
2)Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
3) If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Policy 5: Do not track.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s/App data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser or haven’t grant any permission to app.
Policy 6: Right’s.
1] Your/user’s rights
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes, user can directly visit his/her ‘ChatWide’ profile and can select settings > Export Data > Request personal data export button.
Additionally, if you are a registered MyAdorn user we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site/app), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. You also have a right to complain about the wrong happening on MyAdorn platform. Additionally, please note that your information can be transferred/shared/processed outside the region you/user live for eg. Europe, including to Canada and the United States etc. as mentioned.
2] MyAdorn’s Right/s :
Remember : 1) ‘MyAdorn’ has full rights to delete user/s account without any pre notice. 2) has full rights to delete/change total numbers of point’s/achievements/rank/gem stones, etc. earned by user/s. 3) Can block/make user as spammer for any wrong doing, can cancel/Fail any order.
3] Who on our team has access :
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Policy 7: Retention.
1] Data retention
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
When you place an order through the Site/App, we will maintain Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
2] Account Deletion
MyAdorn Platform tries to keep itself updated by every means, and always provides relevant information and content. So to make it more advance, If a user with a registered account on MyAdorn is inactive for/more than 12 months, then the user’s account and data associated with it will be deleted permanently and there will be no way back.
For example User, ‘ABC’ is a registered user and was last active on 5th July 2020 and if he continues to stay inactive, then his account will be automatically deleted on 5th June 2021 or within 3 days. Our aim is to serve the Platform full of fresh/relevant content.
Policy 8: Minors.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 years.
Policy 9: Payments.
Information shared with a payment provider to process payments includes:
- Unique payment identifier
- Payment provider identifier
PayPal : We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Note : The product’s sold on platform is divided in two part 1) ‘MyAdorn product’s’ the product’s of MyAdorn itself. 2) Vendor/Store product’s which are sold by Vendor/Store individually.
We don’t offer return policy For now on products sold by MyAdorn. Which means you can’t Return MyAdorn products ones purchased. But you can find refund services on a product sold by Vendor/store/s.
It depends on Term’s and Condition of every single Vendor selling his products. For eg. If You have purchased a product sold by any store/Vendor you can check a product policy/refund/exchange policy of respective store/vendor/product. If the respective Vendor offers the refund/exchange you can contact the store/Vendor owner for a further steps. You cannot exchange on the product’s sold by MyAdorn itself. One can easily identify MyAdorn and Vendor product’s on site/App
To return the product to respective Vendor You must be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As all further steps are done by respective Vendor. For any Queries you can write to us at [email protected]
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (IT IS ONLY APPLICABLE ON THE PRODUCT’S SOLD BY ‘MyAdorn’). If item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item SOLD BY A Vendor/Store ‘MyAdorn’ will not be responsible for its Refund/Exchange.
What can you do if item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item by a Vendor/Store?
As ‘MyAdorn’ is not responsible for such product’s REFUND/EXCHANGE but, you can write a complaint for inform : [email protected]. & For REFUND/EXCHANGE You can contact and complain a respective Vendor/Store and can ask for a REFUND/EXCHANGE.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As MYADORN product cannot be returned or exchanged. But REFUND/EXCHANGE on the product’s sold by a Vendor/Store Is totally depends on the T&C of respective Vendor.
It depends on Term’s and Condition of every single Vendor selling his products. For eg. If You have purchased a product sold by any store/Vendor you can check a product policy/refund/exchange policy of respective store/vendor/product. If the respective Vendor offers the refund/exchange you can contact the store/Vendor owner for a further steps. You cannot exchange/ or get a refund on the product’s sold by MyAdorn itself. One can easily identify ‘MyAdorn product’s’ and ‘Vendor product’s’ on site/App as the product sold by is seen on product page or at checkout.
